RHAA067(Node Name): Response timed out for initial communication command


Error Details
The error message [RHAA067(Node Name): Response timed out for initial communication command] appeared on the GP3000 screen.

Causes
1.The communication settings of the GP unit and those of the device/PLC are not matched.
2.Wiring has problems such as a wrong wire connection or a loose connection.
3.Selection of Device/PLC is wrong.
4.The power of Device/PLC is not ON, or it is reset.

Actions
1.Check if the communication settings of the GP unit and those of the device/PLC are matched. For setting examples, refer to the GP-Pro EX Device/PLC Connection Manual.

2.Check the wiring, cable connection, and connecter's insertion. For details of cable diagrams between a GP unit and a device/PLC, please refer to the GP-Pro EX Device/PLC Connection Manual.
For use of the COM2 port, check if the Online Adapter (CA4-ADPONL-01) is connected.
3.Check the type of the device/PLC to be connected to the GP unit in GP-Pro EX.
