GP-Pro EX/ Example of Down Counter Settings

Determine a setup value on a screen and count down pulse input from the setup counts. Create a counter that becomes conductive when the count reaches [0].
■Setting Procedure
1.Place Down Counter on a logic program.
A.Set any variable (ex. DownCounter) for the placed Down Counter.
B.Place a coil output that turns ON when the current value of the Counter reaches [0] and set any variable (ex. Output).
C.Place a contact of detecting a rise to give pulse and set any variable (ex. Input).
D.Place the "a" contact that resets the Counter's current value and input any name (ex. ResetSwitch). Place a coil with Counter Reset Bit (DownCounter.R) assigned after the "a" contact.
2.Place a data display on a screen and assign the variable.PV (DownCounter.PV) set in [CTD (Down Count Counter)] for Monitor Word Address.
3.Place a bit switch on the screen and assign the variable (example: Reset Switch) set in [NO (a contact)] for Bit Address.
